Room No. 1 'Schubert' is offered at a special discount price because the guest suffers a small inconvenience, as he/she has to allow the owner to pass to his accommodation. Normally, from Monday to Thursday, the owner passes by quietly at 6.40 am and returns in the afternoon. Before opening the door, he knocks and waits for an invitation to enter: come in! On Fridays he leaves at 6.40 a.m. and only returns on Sunday afternoon, so the guest is not disturbed at the weekend.
