Rooms are available to rent in this charming and spacious 3-bedroom apartment, shared with the live-in landlady. The apartment is cosy and well equipped, and has a very attractive kitchen / living area, with access to the little balcony, which is covered in greenery. The rooms are spacious, and there is one bathroom with a shower over the tub.
The apartment is located on Via dei Crispolti in Tiburtina. A residential area, you can find a few restaurants and bars in the area, plus some other useful amenities, from hair salons, to hardware stores. As well as smaller local grocery stores, and a few butchers, there is a big Panorama supermarket a short walk away.

- The kitchen is really well equipped and has nice appliances, including a gas stove.
- The bedrooms are good sizes, and are comfortable.
- Students can commute to Sapienza University in just 20 minutes with public transport.
