This 80 m², 3-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent in a shared apartment with the live-in landlord. The main shared room is the equipped kitchen with a TV and dining table. There is 1 full bathroom to share that comes equipped with the washing machine and that has plenty of storage space for all the roommates. The rooms are fully furnished and have elegant wooden pieces.
Monteverde is known as a peaceful residential area. To get around the city you conveniently have multiple bus stops and a tram stop just 6 minutes away. The nearby train station also provides a direct connection to the Fiumicino Airport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is fully renovated with beautiful hardwood floors.
- You can access the balcony from Bedroom 1 or the kitchen.
- The kitchen has a gas stove perfect if you plan to improve your cooking skills.
- The bathroom has plenty of storage space and a built-in laundry room.
