Located on Via Degli Ortaggi, this sunny 3 bedroom apartment is conveniently located close to Via Tiburtina station. The area is not only well connected, but also offers plenty of amenities such as shops, gyms, and restaurants. At 120 sqm the apartment is quite large and each of the bedrooms is very sunny and spacious. The apartment is located on the 8th floor, and all of the bedrooms have access to balconies, offering great views of the surrounding area. While it is not currently furnished, it will be before you move in and this is included in the price. Both full bathrooms and the kitchen will also be brand new and fully equipped with everything you need.
What we liked the most
- The Tiburtina station is a short walk away and will have you well connected to the rest of Rome.
- The bathrooms, kitchen, and furniture in this apartment will all be brand new when you move in.
- There is a gym located just in front of the building and there are also supermarkets nearby.
- Being located on the 8th floor means that the apartment is very quiet, despite being an a busy area.
- Pets are allowed, so you can bring your friend with you!

- There is no living room in this apartment, however all of the bedrooms are very spacious.
