The lower level of this apartment includes the living room area, which has a couch, window, and TV. There is also a standalone wardrobe with drawers and an additional armchair. The equipped kitchen comes with a stove and fridge. It also has a microwave, the washing machine, and a table that seats two. The bathroom is also on the lower floor. Going up the ladder, you'll find the double bed.
You'll be about an 11 minute-walk from the Sapiensa Universita di Roma. Even if you're not a student or faculty member, the campus is home to a ton of museums, like the Museum of Zoology or the Museum of Contemporary Art, among others. The apartment is close to a few parks, a cinema, and a Carrefour supermarket. There are plenty of restaurants you can choose from, as well. The area also has a pharmacy, post office, library, and sports center.
