Located on the ground floor of a farmhouse surrounded by olive trees in the countryside in Northern Rome. By train/metrò you can reach the center of Rome in twenty minutes (Train station eight hundred meters away). Magnificent view of a forest and greenery. The tenant will not be able to transfer residence to the apartment.
