After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer or credit card;
- To be paid before check-in: security deposit (send proof of transfer to the landlord);
- Each month rents and other costs due directly to Landlord should be paid with 30 days in advance;
- Other costs:
- Weekly cleaning service: mandatory (between 35€ - 80€ depending on the size of the apartment);
- Credit Card: (+ 3% cost of transaction);
- City council tax: 14€ per person;
- Check-in/-out:
- Check-in hours: from 4 pm
- Check-out hours: before 11 am

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
