Cozy apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, with independent entrance located 9 minutes walk from the airport of Pisa-Galileo Galilei and 7 minutes walk from the Central Station.

The area is well connected by public transport, thanks to which you can reach all the points of interest in the city.

In addition to the enviable location, the property is equipped with every comfort, including the presence of a parking lot.

The space

The apartment is on two levels, connected by a flight of stairs.

The interior space is organized as follows:

  • LIVING ROOM with armchair, sofa bed a piazza and a half, dining table and TV 42";

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
  • Direct debit of the rental payment
    Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
