In 67 sqm of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

The property is located in the heart of Parma's historic center (ZTL), within walking distance of the city's main monuments, such as the Duomo, Palazzo della Pilotta and Teatro Regio.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom.
