What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Le studio est simple mais très accueillant avec une très belle lumière, il est situé dans une propriété ou les autres habitants sont respectueux et aimables. Je suis le syndic bénévole de cet immeuble, et j'habite moi aussi dans cet immeuble .Je veille donc à ce que mon locataire ne soit pas dérangé. En effet je connais tout le monde.
Le quartier est sur et on peut y circuler jusqu'à deux à trois heures du matin sans aucun problème.
De nombreuses personnes jeunes et moins jeune fréquentent les bars et les petits restaurants du quartier et l'on peut toujours trouver un endroit sympathique et branché pour boire un verre et discuter .

Right in the middle of Paris. Ideal for young couples, because it is on the 5th floor without a lift but completely restored. Comfortable and with views over the rooftops, in the heart of the city that vibrates with small cafes and restaurants, all amenities within 5 5-minute walk to the Louvre Museum and New Markets.
The accommodation is a real studio with an authentic tiled floor, a small fireplace, and an antique mirror. Beautiful light from the windows that are both oriented to the South West and offer double glazing. Disposition: an entrance hallway and a bathroom independently (bath, toilet, sink ) and then a main room with a really comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs. A cot can be provided free of charge.
- SLEEPING: There is a double bed for 2 people.
- SAFETY: It is equipped with a security door with a security key. 2 windows are fitted with double glazing on the street.
- DETAILS: It was renovated and is fully equipped with sheets, blankets and duvet, towels and tea towels; and cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans ... 2 plate hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, iron, umbrella, hair dryer, ... and with commodities need: oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, .... ). Internet: You get a double Wi-fi internet connection and cable TV, free unlimited.
- AROUND: In the heart of old Paris typical with its traditional buildings along the pedestrian Montorgueil and Rue Montmartre with plenty of small cafes and restaurants in the shade of trees. You can discover the beautiful walkways nineteenth century with their glass and mosaics, then stroll through the galleries of the Palais Royal Gardens, before arriving in 7 minutes at the Louvre then crossing the Seine to the Orsay museum. You can go to all the new stores in the mall completely renovated in 7 minutes Halles. You can also go to the Pompidou Center in 7 minutes to see an exhibition. You will appreciate Montorgueil’s street market, where you can find almost all fruits and vegetables, fine wines and cheeses, baked pastries among the best in Paris and all you can dream of for gourmets. A little earlier in the Rue Montmartre, you can go dancing before joining the Grands Boulevards and Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Everything is easily accessible and the neighbourhood is very safe.
