This excellent studio apartment to rent on Avenue de Fontainebleau, in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, is located on the 4th floor. It’s a spacious apartment with a bathroom, a faux brick wall, and ample light. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and standalone wardrobe. And the modern equipped kitchen has a dining table and washing machine.
Le Kremlin-Bicêtre is a suburb located south of the 13th arrondissement. Students can walk to Paris Diderot University in a half hour. Okabé Shopping Mall is 5 minutes away. There are lots of ethnic restaurants nearby. On weekends, you can play tourist at Fort de Bicêtre, or take a 25-minute Metro ride to the Louvre in the city center.
