This modern studio apartment on Avenue de Fontainebleau, in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, covers an area of 22 m² and is nicely presented. The property has a combined sleeping and living area with 2 single beds, a desk and storage space. The kitchen is separate and there is a nicely tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located away from the city centre, but only 5 minutes from the Metro. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket nearby, and you will find several nice parks and squares to explore within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated and is very tidy.
- There is a desk with a chair where you can study, work or enjoy your meals.
- The kitchen and bathroom have stylish black and white tiles.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord can provide kitchenware, a television, and extra wardrobes if required.
- There is no AC in the apartment.
