A charming, 15 m² studio apartment is available to rent in Paris's 11th arrondissement. This property may be compact, but it is cosy and has plenty of natural light. The living area and fully equipped kitchen are on the lower floor, and the bedroom with a double bed is located on the mezzanine floor above.

This apartment is on Passage Gustave Lepeu, a very pretty and peaceful street that is lined with potted plants. The local area is characterised by classical French architecture, and there are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants everywhere you look. When you need to move around, you can take the metro from Charonne station which is 6 minutes away.
