This is a very nice studio apartment available to rent on Rue Championnet in the 18th arrondissement. Exceptionally spacious compared to the average Parisian studio, at 30 m², in this apartment you will never feel claustrophobic. The double bed is on a raised mezzanine level, to add to the space, and there is lots of storage in the apartment. Your kitchen is compact, but well designed to maximise space, and also incorporates a breakfast bar.

You'll be living in a bustling and well connected area, full of shopping and restaurants, and with all the amenities you need for day-to-day life nearby. You can walk to the heart of Montmartre in about 15 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The windows have excellent sound insulation, keeping the studio peaceful.
  • You will have a bath, which is very unusual in a studio, and a great bonus!
  • We love the built-in planter in the bathroom.
  • For the ultimate in convenience, your local grocery store is right next to the apartment.
