This studio apartment is available to rent on Rue Froment in the 11th arrondissement. The studio is a compact 18 m², but has high ceilings, helping it to feel more spacious and bright. The window looks out to a quiet and attractive, typically Parisian street. The floors are wooden, and there is a small kitchenette. The sofa folds out to become a double bed. The kitchenette has a 2-burner electric stove and a microwave.
This is a fantastic location to live in the city, close to the city centre, and the wide, beautiful avenues of central Paris. The street the apartment is on is a quieter side street, but there are several cafes nearby, and there is a Carrefour City grocery store just moments from the door. A short walk south will bring you to the Bastille nightlife district, filled with restaurants, bars, and clubs.
What we liked the most
- The hardwood floors are very attractive.
- You have a lovely view of a quiet Parisian street from the window.
- The nearby Metro will make getting around the city very easy.
- The kitchen may be small, but you could eat at a different restaurant every day of the month and never be more than 10 minutes from the apartment, there are so many nearby!
