A large, 20m2 studio apartment with a garden is for rent in Montreuil near Paris. This neighbourhood is mostly residential and there are several convenience stores in the vicinity. The property is just 12 minutes from le Parc Montreau, a popular and pleasant urban park which has a rose garden. The interior is relatively large for a studio apartment with a spacious main room, which is attached to the kitchen area.
