We offer you this majestic 88 m² flat in Saint-Denis! Recently renovated, it is located on the 7th floor of a new residence, equipped with a lift. The flat consists of 7 rooms, all served by an entrance/corridor of 5 m², as follows: a kitchen of 9 m², a bathroom of 4 m², an independent toilet, and 4 bedrooms. The flat has a large bedroom of 23 m² and a beautiful bedroom of almost 15 m², both overlooking Paris and the Montmartre hill. The flat also has a third bedroom of 11 m² and a fourth bedroom of 10 m², both overlooking the courtyard of the building. All the rooms of the flat are rented equipped and have several storage spaces. Finally, all the local shops await you at the bottom of the building. Public transport (metro 12, bus, RER B and D) is only a few minutes' walk away.
