This large 90 m² flat is available for rent in coliving! Located only a few steps from the metro line 12 and RER B and D, it is on the 6th floor of a quiet residence with lift. This bright flat has 8 rooms as follows: an entrance of almost 7 m², a kitchen of more than 8 m² with a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub of almost 5 m², a separate toilet and 4 bedrooms. The flat has an enormous bedroom of over 25 m² with a relaxation area, two bedrooms of 10 m² with direct access to the terrace. A fourth bedroom of over 13 m² completes the flat.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
