THE HOUSE (Elba): 310 m² with communal areas: Large equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, large terrace, entertainment room, garden, reserved storage areas, laundry room - high-speed wifi. 11 rooms available in total
PRIVATE AREA: Room with private bathroom, subject to availability. Our private areas are furnished (double bed, storage space, chair, desk, etc.) and we provide bed linen and towels!
LOCATION: Tram 2 within 5 minutes' walk and Transilien L & U within 10 minutes' walk, very close to La Défense
ROOMMATES: Between 19 and 49 years old, many different nationalities, a great way to meet new people and take home some great memories
SUPPORT: A support service to answer your questions. No more problems with not knowing who to call, or landlords who never reply!
CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE RENT: Water, electricity, heating, home insurance, broadband internet and cleaning of common areas. We'll also take care of all the paperwork, so you won't have to do a thing!
