It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, kettle… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. Documents required

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.

If you are a professional, you need to provide:

  • ID or Passport
  • Proof of income (3x higher than the rent and charges)
  • Residence permit (signed employment contract or offer letter from your future employer should work too).

If you are a student, you need the same documents from your guarantor.

Why do I need these documents?

Landlord policies

IMPORTANT: After your booking is confirmed, you will need to pay the admin fee on the company website. Once this is done, the room is definitely booked for you. Then you will be able to connect to a personal account where you will need to upload your ID (front and back) or your passport. You'll be asked to pay the deposit before being able to sign the contract.
