Nevertheless, Montrouge's town center has every essential amenity, including supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, French bakeries, and restaurants. The apartment is modern and luminous, with parquet floors, large windows, and a spacious balcony. In the living space you will find an open floor plan with a breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric stove, oven, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Other amenities include TV, central heating, double pane windows, built in wardrobes, and a washing machine located in the separate washroom.
