Le centre de business de La Défense n'est qu'à quinze minutes à pied, avec le métro (ligne un) et un connexion par train rapide au coeur de Paris à une vingtaine de minutes de la Gare Saint Lazare. La rue Parmentier est proche de tous commerces et transports, à deux pas de l'île de la Jatte, de Neuilly, des bords de Seine et du bois de Boulogne.
