Tiendas y comercios cerca, la casa está en una zona residencial. Dispone de tres dormitorios con ventiladores, con un baño compartido, gran salón comedor con cocina americana y aire acondicionado. El jardín es ideal para hacer barbacoa todo el año, tiene también una piscina para refrescarse durante el periodo de verano.
