La stanza é stata ristrutturata appositamente per offrire comfort e comodità ai nostri studenti, dotata di arredi nuovi quali: letto singolo, comodino 2 cassetti, armadio 2 ante con specchiera, scrivania con cassettiera, tendaggi, libreria, lampada e ottima illuminazione che aiuta nello studio. La camera é situata in posizione strategica e ambita per raggiungere le varie Università presenti nel centro storico in meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Il Centro storico e la zona nightlife quale Piazza Bellini, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore etc sono a pochi minuti a piedi.I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.

L'immobile ha una superficie di 184mq su 2 livelli, composto da 6 camere singole - cucina con area pranzo, 2 bagni e ampio salone. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato e dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata e le camere hanno arredamento nuovo. L'appartamento é situato in pieno Centro Storico di Napoli, a ridosso di Via Duomo a pochi minuti dal Duomo di Napoli e a pochi metri dalla famosissima Piazza Largo Donnaregina. Le varie Università presenti nel Centro Storico soprattutto dall' Università Vanvitelli e Accademia delle Belle Arti a 5 minuti e aa 15 minuti a piedi dall' Università Orientale di Napoli. I trasporti pubblici distano pochi minuti a piedi: Metro L1 Duomo a 5 minuti - Stazione Centrale Piazza Garibaldi a circa 10 minuti.
Centro storico é molto apprezzata dagli studenti e giovani professionisti essendo una zona centralissima e con un contesto particolarmente movimentato e piacevole, e il night life è pochi minuti. Questa zona è particolarmente richiesta per chi studia nelle facoltà presenti all'interno del centro storico e fuori le mura. Le fermate dell'autobus e metrò ne sono molteplici, che offrono la possibilità di raggiungere le varie zone di Napoli in meno di 30 minuti. L'area é molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi come supermercato e negozi di vario genere, palestre, farmacie, ristornati, pubs, bar. La zona è ottima anche per il night life essendo piena di bar e pubs/ristroranti.
