Todos los servicios disponibles alrededor. Muy bien comunicada con la ciudad de Murcia a sólo diez min en coche. The Landlord lives in the property with their family, is a triplex. They also have a dog. Si eres estudiante en el campus de la UMU en Espinardo o de la UCAM, ten en cuenta que el viaje en transporte público tarda mas de una hora. El casero vive en casa con su familia, también tienen un perro. Es muy aconsejable hablar español/ingles
