Elegant apartment located on the first floor of a historic building near the heart of the center of Modena in a strategic position and convenient to services. Elegant apartment with fine finishes of 85 square meters of surface, bright and very spacious. It consists of a kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 4 single rooms finely furnished. The apartment is excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with double induction cookers and a refrigerator.
