• Have a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary job or study transfer (like Erasmus program);
• Being in a process of caring and / or assistance to oneself or to one's family members, in a place other than that of residence of these subjects;
• Renovation work needs to be done on your home, making it temporarily unusable.
