In Naviglio Pavese, this 48 m² studio apartment available to rent is perfect for 1 or 2 people. With a mezzanine floor and a walk-in closet, this is a modern and spacious studio. On the main floor, you have a couch, flat-screen TV, and large kitchen corner. The kitchen is not only spacious, but it is fully equipped. The mezzanine floor overlooks the living room and is spacious enough for a double bed and a chest of drawers.
Naviglio Pavese is part of the Tibaldi district, which is known for being very student-friendly and well-connected to the city enter. You are surrounded by bus and tram stops, but also have small parks nearby and lots of basic amenities.

- We love the modern kitchen, especially the breakfast bar.
- There is AC –necessary for the Milan summers.
