This 20 m² studio apartment available to rent in the Affori district is ideal for students, just a 15 minute walk to the Politecnico di Milano Bovisa campus. The apartment comes furnished with a sofa-bed allowing you to have both a bedroom and living room area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
You will live in a peaceful residential area, only a short walk from the beautiful Parco Villa Litta. Your neighbourhood is green and you will have a number of shops and restaurants close to your home.
What we liked the most
- The studio is well planned as the bed can easily be turned into a couch.
- The property has beautiful red curtains, providing great contrast against the white walls.
- You live in a peaceful suburban area which is well connected to the rest of Milan.
