Very quite, recently renovated in an essential and modern style, it consists of an entrance hall, a living area with a pleasant balcony a double sofa bed, partially open kitchen and dining table, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and study corner. Located in an area very well served by businesses and public transport: bus and metro green line M2 stop Udine within walking distance. The apartment has parquet floors, air conditioning in the living room and fan in the bedroom, washing machine, and curtains on the windows will be present.Energy Class: G - 177.57.32 kWh/m2 year.
