Located in Viale Monte Nero, one of the most beautiful and well-served areas of Milan, the apartment is perfect for couples, workers and groups who need to stay for a short period. In the bathroom you will find towels and a hairdryer. Upon your arrival you will find a Welcome Kit with some free products. The house is already equipped with everything you need for short periods.

IMPORTANT: The landlord can only provide transitional contract, if you have a permanent job contract your booking request cannot be accepted.
In order to be eligible for renting this apartment, all tenants need to have a fixed-term job contract or study agreement (Erasmus, university registration...) or be in Milan for tourism. Documentation stating as mentioned above is required.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
