The apartment in via Val Strona is a three-room shared apartment for university students, interns or young workers. It consists of an entrance with a kitchen, 3 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The apartment is about 70 square meters and is located on the first mezzanine floor of a residential condominium.
Via Val Strona is a branch of Piazza Insubria, a few hundred meters from Viale Umbria, one of the oldest and most important access roads to the city, with heavy traffic, well connected and full of commercial activities of all kinds. In the area, in addition to the subway, there are many surface transport. A few steps from the apartment is the bus line number 84 and tram number 16. In Viale Umbria, instead, bus 92 and also tram line 16 pass. The closest metro line is in Piazzale Lodi – MM LODI, just 1 km away. From here, in a few stops, you can reach Piazza Missori, the State University and Bocconi University. Also easily reachable are the IED in Via Pompeo Leoni and the Nuova Accademia delle Belle Arti, NABA.
