• Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card

• Other costs:
  • Contract registration fee: 1% of total contract value + 32€ for stamps
  • Check-out cleaning fee: €150 (must be paid at check-in)

• Check-in:
  • Check-in cannot be done before the starting date of the contract
  • Check-ins on the 1st and 16th of each month start at 15:00
  • Check-in hours: between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday - free of charge
  • Out of hours check-in (between 18:00 and 9:00, on weekends and bank holidays): €50
• Check-out:
  • Check-out on the last day of the contract must be done before 11:00 AM
  • Check-out hours: between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday - free of charge
  • Out-of-hours check-out (between 18:00 and 9:00, on weekends and bank holidays): €50
