This is a lovely 4th floor, 5-bedroom apartment on Via Pinturicchio, Milan. It boasts three sunny balconies, homey decor, and the main campus of Politecnico de Milano is within easy reach.
We think this apartment is perfect for outgoing students. Tired of commuting? Living in Città Studi you can get a little cardio in on your way to class and save money on bus fares.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
