What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
No one else can access to the building and to the apartment. Absolutely excluded any kind of party!
Respect also for neighbors (silence from 11 pm to 9 am).
Shoes: please, don’t use the shoes inside.
Smoking: please don’t smoke in the house.
Cooking: it’s possible to use the kitchen from 8.00 am to 10pm
Garbage: please we have to collect in a separate way in a different bin:
when they are full we have to empty them downstairs in the specific bin of the building.
Washing machine: it’s in my personal bathroom, ask me and we coordinate it, I do usually it on sunday!
Dishwasher: we can coordinate for it, I usually do it on sunday

Apart from the 2-bedrooms, this apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room comes furnished with a large sofa set facing the TV and also leads the way to the balcony which provides a lot of natural light and beautiful view of the neighbourhood. The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped.
Around the area, you can find several things to do and see. If you like shopping, you can go to Via Genova Thaon di Revel. There are also many restaurants and bars around.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very bright since there is a balcony in the living room.
- The bedroom which is rented has everything you need, including a private balcony.
- The bedroom also has a private en-suite bathroom.
- The location is great as it is close a lot of supermarkets and stores.
