This spacious 3-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Via Molinetto di Lorenteggio is suited to male professionals and postgraduates. It has a balcony and a very spacious entrance hall. The shared toilet room, which houses the washing machine, is at the entrance. The full bathroom is at the end of the hallway. The kitchen and balcony are the only common areas. The kitchen is big, fully equipped, and furnished with a dining table. The building complex has a reception and tennis court.
Giambellino is to the southwest of the city center. You’re very well connected by public transportation. The train can put you downtown within a half an hour. Giorgella Park is close to your new home, but it’s just one of many nearby green spaces. Within a 20-minute walk, you’ll find the Football City Sports Complex, a swimming pool, and a supermarket. There are a few bars and restaurants around, but for the most part, it’s quiet living in this area.
