Those who choose to live in Piazza V Giornate and the surrounding streets, get to be a stone's throw from the city's heart. Piazza San Babila is a short walk away, as well as the Duomo. The spirit of the neighborhood though is often defined by its many green areas: from the Vittorio Formentano Park to the gardens of Viale Cirene, there are many locations to stroll and enjoy in the sun, listening to the local celebrities - talented street musicians.Additional charges:- a duty stamp of 32€- 1% of the annual rent for tax
