Double bedroom available for rent in Milan, near Corso XX Marzo/Viale Corsica.

Adjacent to the IED University campuses on Via Piranesi and Via Sciesa, and just a few minutes from the Politecnico di Milano (Città Studi campus).

We are renting out a fully renovated apartment in an upscale residential area, located on the second floor with an elevator in a quiet building facing an internal courtyard with total privacy.

Nearby, you'll find the "Palazzo del Ghiaccio" congress center, the IED University (500 meters away), as well as bus and tram stops (Bus 73, 183, Tram 27) on Corso XX Marzo and Viale Corsica, and the FS Porta Vittoria railway station. The future Argonne metro stop, which will connect to the city center in 10 minutes, is also nearby. Linate Airport is only 5 minutes away.

The area is well-served with essential amenities, including supermarkets, gyms, and various shops.

RENTAL TERMS AND REQUIRED CRITERIA FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER

The property owner requires tenants to meet the following criteria:

  • Students with parents as guarantors on the rental agreement.

Note: Lease agreements will have a duration of 12 months.

REQUIRED GUARANTEES:

The security deposit of €2,000.00 (flat rate) will be paid upon signing the lease agreement. At the end of the tenancy, €500 (flat rate) will be deducted for repainting and environmental sanitization.

Note: The lease registration fee will be €100.00.

The lease termination fee will be €100.00 and will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the tenancy.

The property owner requires the following documents to be provided by both the tenant and the guarantors:

TENANT DOCUMENTS:

  • Identity card and tax code of the individual who will sign the contract.

GUARANTORS’ DOCUMENTS:

  • Identity card and tax code of the guarantors.
  1. If the guarantor is an employee:
  • The last two income tax returns.
  1. If the guarantor is a freelancer or a company director:
  • The last two income tax returns.

    • Upon acceptance of the rental proposal, the deposited amount will be credited as payment of the first month's rent.

    • The security deposit will be paid at the time of signing the rental agreement.

    Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
