Contract will be signed at home during check in.

For EU citizens:

•⁠ ⁠Italian tax code (if you don’t have one, get it and submit to the landlord within 20 days after check-in to avoid additional fees)

•⁠ ⁠University acceptance letter (if student) OR job contract (if worker)

For non-EU citizens:

•⁠ ⁠Valid Passport

•⁠ ⁠Valid residence permit front/back

•⁠ ⁠Italian tax code (if you don’t have one, get it and submit to the landlord within 20 days after check-in to avoid additional fees)

Confirm your preferred check-in and check-out times at least 7 days in advance. Landlord will be present during both check-in and check-out.
