The apartment is located in Via Privata Boschetti 2, a side street of Piazza Carbonari, and is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers or interns. It consists of a large entrance hall with eat-in kitchen and large living area, 7 bedrooms, of which 6 are single and 1 is double, and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is about 150 square meters and is located on the first floor of a condominium of about ten apartments.
The apartment is located in a very quiet private street adjacent to Piazza Carbonari, in the Maggiolina district of Milan, named after an old 16th century farmhouse. It is a very quiet neighborhood as well as adjacent to the more lively areas of Centrale and Isola. The area is tree-lined and green, and characterized by small multi-storey buildings that alternate with terraced houses and period buildings. A few hundred meters from the apartment there are three metro stops: Marche, M5 Lilac metro, Zara, M5 Lilac and M3 Yellow metro, and Sondrio, M3 metro. On Viale Marche, just over 200 meters from the apartment, there is also the number 5 tram stop. The apartment in via Privata Boschetti 2 – Piazza Carbonari is therefore ideal for students from Città Studi and Bicocca. The area is equipped with all services: supermarkets, bars-tobacconists, restaurants and take-aways, within a radius of a few hundred meters.
