Bright and cozy two-room apartment on the fifth floor inside UpTown, the first wellness district in Milan. Uptown is the first Smart District in Milan, a large urban center with an high quality of life and excellent services, well connected by the metro, easily reachable on foot, to the center and the main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with crib, wifi, television, toiletries, washing and dryer machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment also has a free private parking. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
