Completely renovated in January 2023. Very modern and fine quality design. Amazing wooden floor and custom made furnitures. This lovely brand-new 1 bedroom apartment has a balcony and it’s on the 3rd floor with elevator, of a ’70 building in good conditions. It’s very bright and quiet. In the living room there will be a white round table with chairs, a beige sofa and the TV. From the door/window you can go to the large balcony, facing the quiet courtyard. The beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen has the induction plates, a micro wave oven, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed and there will be a wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a shower, the bidet and another door/window leading to the balcony. AC in each room and High speed internet connection.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
