Quiet 2 bedrooms apartment with balcony, on the 3rd floor with elevator. Entering in the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, with induction plates, microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. On the opposite side of the entrance there is the first bedroom with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk. From the kitchen, on the left, there is the living area, with a sofa/single bed and the TV. This room is separated by a wall (about 1 meter shorter than the ceiling) from the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed, a desk and a wardrobe. From this bedroom you can go to the balcony, facing the courtyard and the quiet street. Between the 2 bedrooms there is the bathroom with shower and the washing machine. High speed internet connection. It’s the perfect solution for 2 students who want to share a simple apartment, but in a great location!

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
