In a 70’s building with doorman service, on the 1st floor with elevator. From the hall you arrive in the spacious and extremely bright living room and dining room. There are a sofa bed, an armchair, modern table and chairs, the TV and a bookcase. Captivating design kitchen, with a large refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and electric ovens. The 2 large doors-windows let enter a lot of light in this room and they leading to 2 balconies. You can enjoy a beautiful view on the Darsena! The bedroom is large and comfortable as well, there is a double bed, a huge wardrobe and a door-window with another balcony, facing the inner quiet courtyard. Very modern bathroom with bath-tub and shower too. Air conditioning and high speed internet connection.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
