The apartment boasts a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and linear, complete with a large shower with shower head and bidet. In the living area you will find a beautiful open kitchen equipped with everything you need.

NB THIS LANDLORD REQUIRES 300€ ADMIN FEE PER MONTH, that should be paid month by month and includes a bi-weekly cleaning of the apartment with bed linen and towels change, the contract registration tax and the constant support during the booking. Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
