Very comfortable, spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment for rent near via Liguria, on the 6th floor with elevator of a ’60s building with doorman service. Very rare open-view on the city skyline, you can see the Alps as well! The modern fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, a small tabe and chairs, is separated from the living room. In the bright living room with 2 large door-windows and a balcony, there are 2 amazing super- comfortable sofas, could be 2 large single beds. There are a library, the TV, a table and the chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and a huge wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a window. AC and high speed internet.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
