What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has been recently renovated, it is fully furnished and equipped: cookware, household appliances (refrigerator, electric plate, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine), TV, WIFI).
It’s got a kitchen, a main bedroom with double bed and cabinets, a living room that can easilly become a second room being equipped with a brand new sofa bed, bathroom with basin.
It is very close to the Milano central Station and at walking distance you have 2 metro lines (the purple line: Istria stop and the yellow line: Sondrio stop) as well as trams and buses leading you into different areas of the city.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
