The flat is characterized by the elegance of the furnishings, the refinement of the materials and the soft colour combinations. It is composed of a living area with an open kitchen equipped with all appliances, a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and a flat screen smart TV. The bathroom is large with shower and washer-dryer. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine floor with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The loft is located just a few minutes from the European Institute of Design (IED), Porta Romana and the underground station M3 yellow line, the Duomo of Milan can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Area well served by shops, bars, restaurants.

- Bank holidays (Sundays excluded) an additional fee of 30€ is required, and all other times not indicated above: no check-in or check-out possible

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
