Compact and functional one bedroom apartment of about 50 sqm located on the mezzanine floor in a quiet street in the heart of Città Studi, a few steps from the Polytechnic University. Newly renovated in an essential and modern style, it is composed of an entrance, a living area with a sofa bed, fully equipped open kitchen and dining table, bathroom with dressing room, shower, washing machine and a bedroom with one double bed, wardrobe and study corner. The flat is air conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet. Located in an area very well served by shops, bars, restaurants and public transport (bus and metro green line M2 stop Lambrate at 350 m.).

- Bank holidays (Sundays excluded) an additional fee of 30€ is required, and all other times not indicated above: no check-in or check-out possible

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
