The flat is fully air-conditioned with parquet floors and high ceilings. The entrance leads to the large and bright living area, there is a study corner and relaxation area with double sofa bed and flat-screen TV, the kitchen is separate and equipped with electric induction hobs. The living area overlooks a pleasant terrace equipped with tables and chairs. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, large master bathroom with shower and guest bathroom. The flat is characterised by the elegance of the colours and furnishings, the flat offers a precious silence and the proximity to the Inganni stop of the M1 red line metro which takes you to the Duomo, SanBabila and Cadorna in just over 10 minutes. Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
